Philosophy and Society

Philosophy begins from looking at the world around us. Philosophy tries to understand why the world is the way it is, and what would be required to change it. There are many different points of view in philosophy. Our task will be to understand as many different points of view as possible, and to try to evaluate them. In evaluating them, we will be using the most important tool philosophers possess: arguments! Everything we do in philosophy will involve arguments in one way or another.

hey professor, I'm trying to send you an E-mail but i'm getting an E-mail unknown message. I recently submitted all of my latest blog entries starting from weeks 9 -
13. I hope you still accept them, I haven't had time to do them because I had to handle 4
other classes and finals and other projects for them. I understand I will get a lower
grade, but I still wanted to hand them in. I hope you understand. I will hand in my paper
on time tonight.
Thank you so much professor.
